When you want to develop your career you have to have a good leadership character. Have a good character or a positive character is so important when you become a leader in your office.

There is a lot of positive character that we must have when we become a leader. For the first, when we become a leader we must have an ability to manage the other person in a group. Because we need to organize all the things that connected with our main objectivities. Secondly, a leader must have a good self confident so we can trust to our self when we doing our job and also have a positive thought. Finally, a leader have to be wise person. A good leader have to be fair in making decision and also have to be fair to communicate with partner.
